Whilst in one of your stores today I witnessed a member of your staff abuse an elderly lady.

No matter what the provocation your staff should never behave in such an appaling way to it’s customers,

There is never justification for screaming abuse at customers, nor yelling, ‘for £6 and hour I don’t need this Sh*t, F*ck her’

I hope the manager sacked him straight away. I and other shoppers we’re VERY shocked to have to witness this. What must the elderly shopper have thought?

I have written to the store concerned to complain strongly and intend to follow this matter closely.
