Every two years my visa card expires; every two years I’m told a new card has been issued. Every two years it fails to arrive.

This really is beyond belief; after twenty years of complaints, I’d have hoped you’d do something. I am locked out of my account until the card arrives.

I am so hacked off at this happening yet again that I am leaving you for good.
